Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Humanswith.AI platform, audits, content engine, and managed engagements ("the Service") provided by Humanswith.AI FZCO, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The plain-English version

• You pay monthly for a tier. We deliver the work in that tier. No annual lock-in.
• You can cancel any month with 30 days' notice. We do not refund mid-cycle but we honour the remaining time.
• You own your content. We process it for you. We do not resell or train external AI on it.
• We own the platform code and tooling. You get a licence to use the outputs commercially.
• The Service is provided "as is" — we work hard, but no platform can guarantee a specific AI-citation outcome.

1. Subscription and payment

You subscribe to a tier on the Pricing page. We invoice monthly via Stripe in USD. Invoices are due on issue; access pauses if payment fails after 7 days.

2. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel any month by emailing billing@humanswith.ai with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not refund partial months; you keep access until the end of the cycle.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish defamation, infringe third-party IP, evade sanctions, generate child-sexual content, or break applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this section.

4. Intellectual property

• Your content. You retain all rights to content, data, and trademarks you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them strictly to deliver the Service.
• Our platform. Humanswith.AI FZCO retains all rights to the platform code, Hermes Visibility scanner, ContentOS Engine, Website Agentic tooling, and all related know-how.
• Outputs. Content, schema, citations, and reports we produce for you under a paid tier are yours to use commercially. We may publish anonymised aggregate metrics for research.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the Service. This survives termination by three years.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that any specific page will be cited by any specific AI engine within any specific timeframe — AI engines are third-party systems we measure and influence, not own. The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (lost profits, lost revenue, lost data) to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the relevant free zone. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless both parties agree to arbitration.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email to active customers and a banner on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
