What happens after I book the call?
You receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link and a short pre-call form (brand URL, top three competitors, your category). Those three inputs feed the Hermes audit the engineer presents at the start of the meeting.
Who from the team will I meet?
A senior engineer from our AI search team leads the call. It is the same person who would own your account if we proceed together. For multi-brand or Done-for-you scoping, the BD lead joins for the commercial side.
Is the call really free?
Yes. We use it to qualify mutual fit and to show you the Hermes audit. No pitch deck, no obligation to sign up, no scoped proposal at the end unless you ask.
Do you take on every account?
No. We are explicit about whether AI search has enough signal in your category to show measurable gains within 8 weeks. If the external citation landscape is too thin, we say so on the call.
