Privacy Policy
Humanswith.AI is operated by Humanswith.AI FZCO (the "Company", "we"), a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit humanswith.ai or use our platform, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, request an audit, or sign up for a tier, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and what you write in the form. We may also collect billing details via our payment processor.
- Usage data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer, page viewed, timestamp) for security and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for session, security, and language preference. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the platform, answer your questions, and process orders.
- To improve the platform — usage analytics aggregated, not tied to identity.
- To meet legal obligations under UAE, EU (where applicable), and Russian data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: 24 months from last interaction.
- Billing records: 7 years (UAE accounting requirement).
- Server logs: 90 days.
- Account data: until you ask us to delete it, plus 30 days for backups.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. We share only with vetted processors who need it to deliver the platform:
- Stripe (payments)
- Cloudflare (DDoS protection + CDN)
- Email provider for transactional mail
- Hosted infrastructure (Hetzner, Timeweb, Cloudflare Pages)
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and uses your data only on our instruction.
International transfers
Our infrastructure spans Dubai, Germany (Hetzner), and Russia (Timeweb relay for the RU content pipeline). Where data leaves the UAE we apply EU-equivalent safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) by default.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing email at any time. Email privacy@humanswith.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Children
The platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
AI training
We do not use your content, queries, or platform data to train any third-party AI model. Our internal ContentOS service uses your content only to perform the work you commissioned (audits, content generation, fact-checking).
Changes to this policy
Material changes are announced at the top of this page and emailed to active customers at least 14 days in advance.
